Think about a kitchen the way you'd think about a car. Before you walk onto the lot, you already have a range in mind - you know whether you're a $40,000 car or a $90,000 car. A remodel is the same. A $40,000 kitchen and a $90,000 kitchen are genuinely different projects, and knowing your range up front keeps us from designing something that was never going to fit.
You don't need a spreadsheet or a final number. A comfortable range is enough for us to get started and to keep every idea grounded in reality.
We Scope to Your Budget - We Don't Nickel-and-Dime It
Sharing your budget isn't handing us a target to hit. It's the opposite: it's how we make sure your money goes where it matters most to you. We'd rather design one honest plan that fits than surprise you at the end.

Here's the part most people don't realize. On the same job, the labor is largely fixed - we're doing the same work whether your finishes are entry-level or top of the line. Where the price really moves is in the materials.
Choose a different cabinet line or a different flooring product and we can often save you $10,000 or more - without touching the plumbing, the electrical, or the scope of the work. Because we sell those materials right here in our showroom, we can show you the trade-offs side by side and help you spend where it counts.
