One plan, one schedule
We sequence every trade - demo, plumbing, electrical, install - into a single timeline and keep it moving. You get one person to call for anything, at any point.
We coordinate every trade
Our installers and subs have worked together for years. Have your own plumber or electrician you trust? Bring them - we'll fold your people into the schedule and coordinate with them directly, exactly like our own.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished project together, punch-list anything that isn't right, and fix it. We're not done until you're happy.

Yes - and you'll still get the one-point-of-contact experience. Some homeowners have a plumber, electrician, or handyman they've used for years. We're glad to work with them.
